Part qualified Accountant | Hybrid | Lancaster | £28-£32k

The role will involve managing a portfolio of clients. Tasks will include planning workload (self-assessment tax returns, year-end company accounts and corporation tax returns), liaising with clients and answering technical queries, reviewing work, answering technical questions and providing an all-round service going above and beyond for clients.


What you’ll be doing:
Preparation of self-assessment tax returns.
Providing personal & corporate tax advice.
Preparation of annual accounts.
Dealing with HMRC in regards to queries and correspondence.
Customer service – answering telephone calls and emails and dealing with queries and complaints.
Promote quality of service delivered to clients for retention and growth.
Report to managers & senior managers on personal and team performance.


What we’re after:
*Experienced gained within practice
*Solid background managing a client portfolio
*Confident with cloud systems (Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks)
*Great at building relationships and solving problems
*Calm under pressure, organised, and always looking ahead


What you will receive:
Salary £30-£32k plus study package
22 days holiday plus bank and your birthday off rising to 25 with length of service
