As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Chippenham, you will support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, learning difficulties, and communication challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff and the wider SEN team in Chippenham to help pupils engage with learning and reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.

*Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
*Adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
*Encouraging independence, communication, and social development
*Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
*Building strong, positive relationships with pupils
*Promoting a safe and inclusive classroom environment in Chippenham
About you:
*Empathetic, proactive, and resilient
*Passionate about supporting children with SEN
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Experience in SEN, education, care, or support work (desirable but not essential)
*Comfortable working in a Chippenham school setting
