Job Description:
Job Title: Town Planner
Location: Northampton
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing planning consultancy with a new Northampton office, working on a wide range of residential and mixed-use projects across the UK. We are particularly interested in hearing from those with a planning policy and/or site promotion background.
The role will involve:
*Working on a wide range of residential and mixed-use schemes
*Preparing and submitting planning applications
*Supporting and leading on appeals
*Engaging in pre-application discussions
*Contributing to planning policy and site promotion work
We are looking for candidates who:
*Have experience in planning policy and/or site promotion
*Are MRTPI qualified or working towards it
*Have strong written and verbal communication skills
*Are proactive and keen to develop their career
