A growing commercial finance brokerage is expanding its sales team and is looking for a driven Funding Specialist. You’ll be working from high-quality, well-qualified data with excellent conversion ratios, giving you a strong platform to build a consistent pipeline and maximise your uncapped commission income.
Key responsibilities
*Speaking with prospective business clients through structured outbound calling to understand their funding needs and qualify opportunities.
*Presenting tailored business loan and commercial finance solutions, clearly explaining features, benefits, and suitability.
*Working towards daily activity targets and KPIs with consistency, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach.
*Building strong, trust-based relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
*Identifying opportunities to introduce additional financial products where appropriate.
*Staying informed about lending criteria, market trends, and new commercial finance products.
*Maintaining accurate CRM notes to support smooth follow-up and pipeline management.
*Leveraging high-quality data and strong conversion ratios to drive performance and earnings.
What you’ll bring
*Experience in outbound calling, telesales, ideally within business loans, commercial finance, or wider financial services. (We will also consider other sales environments where a strong sales track record can be demonstrated).
*Confident communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and handle objections professionally.
*A target-driven mindset with the resilience to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations.
*Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
*Education degree level (or equivalent).

*This is an office based position based in the City of London. The closest stations are Moorgate and London Liverpool Street.
