Senior Tax Manager – Cross-Border
Location: Milton Keynes
£80k - £110k + bonus
The Role
The incumbent will be central to client relationships.
You will work closely with Partners and Directors on technically complex matters, delivering clear, commercially focused advice to clients.
The Person
*Leading and managing advisory and compliance engagements for UK and cross-border clients
*Coordinating with specialists, overseas member firms and external advisers to deliver integrated solutions
*Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, building your external network and identifying opportunities
*Managing engagement quality, risk processes and financial performance
*Supporting resourcing and contribute to team operations
*Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members
*Be a visible role model for the company’s values and collaborative culture
*CTA, ACA, CA (or equivalent) qualified
*Technically strong in UK corporation tax, with broader tax and accounting awareness
