Long-term Geography Teacher – Reading
We are working with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Reading who are seeking a passionate Geography Teacher for a long-term position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed teacher to join a well-established Humanities department, where Geography is a popular and valued subject. The school prides itself on strong leadership, a positive learning environment, and excellent support for staff.
Role details:
*Position: Geography Teacher
*Location: Reading
*Start date: Flexible / upcoming term
*Duration: Long-term
*Key Stages: KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
*Contract: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
The successful candidate will:
*Hold QTS (or equivalent)
*Be able to deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons
*Have strong behaviour management skills
*Be enthusiastic about inspiring pupils and contributing to the wider school community
The school offers:
*A supportive and collaborative Humanities team
*Well-resourced classrooms
*Easily accessible location in Reading
*Ongoing support throughout the placement
