Immediate Start Available
Up to £32,000 | Hybrid (3 days office based)
A leading US law firm is seeking an experienced administrator to join their London team on a 3 month temporary contract (with possibility of extension), starting immediately. This role will support both lateral and trainee recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities*Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates, agencies, PAs and interviewers
*Support offer processes, onboarding and first day arrangements
*Assist with trainee recruitment, work experience programmes and law fairs
*Organise recruitment events, diaries, travel, rooms and materials
*Provide general recruitment and HR administration as required
Key Requirements*Must be available to start immediately
*Previous experience in legal administration
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident diary management and stakeholder communication
*Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom)
