Description
*Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment to minimise downtime.
*Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
*Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
*Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve operational challenges.
*Proactively identify areas for improvement to optimise equipment performance and reliability.
*Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.
*Provide technical support during breakdowns and emergencies.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:


*Experience working in a similar position (3 years experience)
*Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
*Practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
*Familiarity with health and safety regulations in an engineering context.
*The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary between £35,000 and £37,000.
*Monday - Friday Days - 38.5 hours per week
*33 days Holiday, Including Bank Holidays
