What you’ll be doing:
*Advise clients on suitable mortgage and protection products
*Manage the full mortgage journey from enquiry to completion
*Develop strong relationships with clients and lending partners
*Identify opportunities to maximise business and client retention
*Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
*Keep accurate and up-to-date client records
To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:
*CeMAP qualified
*Previous experience in mortgage advice or financial services
*Strong sales and relationship-building skills
*Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*A proactive and motivated approach
