The Role
We are seeking a motivated and talented tax professional to join our clients growing team. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality tax compliance services to a varied portfolio of clients, while gaining increased exposure to advisory and consultancy work.

You will take ownership of your own client portfolio and work closely with managers and partners, supporting both compliance and tax planning assignments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technically and commercially within a progressive and supportive firm.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact for all tax-related queries
*Prepare and peer review personal self-assessment tax returns, including associated accounts and claims
*Handle HMRC correspondence, enquiries, penalties and disputes
*Provide day-to-day tax advice, including PAYE codes, tax-efficient benefits and company cars
*Support managers and partners with tax planning work for individuals
*Prepare GP Type 1 and Type 2 superannuation certificates and liaise with PCSE throughout the year
*Coach and mentor junior members of the team, ensuring compliance, quality and service delivery
*Provide technical support to colleagues where required
*Actively promote equality, diversity and inclusion across the team

Person Specification
*ATT qualified (or studying towards)
*Experience of working in a client-facing tax compliance role
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
*High level of attention to detail and technical accuracy
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*Effective time management and organisational skills
*Comfortable working independently and using technology in day-to-day work
*Willingness to innovate, share ideas and continuously improve
Desirable
*CTA qualified (or studying)
*Working knowledge of Digita
