We’re hiring on behalf of a prestigious international multi-brand retailer, and this is your chance to join a fast-paced, luxury customer care team supporting both online and in-store experiences.
The RoleAs a Luxury Customer Care Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey—delivering exceptional service while driving sales and brand experience.
You will:
*Deliver a high-end, personalised customer experience
*Process orders and returns accurately within SLAs
*Provide expert product advice and styling support
*Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise sales
*Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries
*Manage your workload in a busy, target-driven environment
What We’re Looking For*Previous customer service experience (retail or contact centre ideal)
*A genuine passion for fashion and trends
*Confident communicator with a positive, engaging style
*Strong problem-solving skills
*Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
*A team player with a proactive mindset
