Job Description:
Front of House / Host – Customer-Facing Role
We’re currently recruiting for a friendly, professional Front of House Host to join a very busy and welcoming environment in a temporary position to cover holidays and sickness.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys face to face contact with people and knowing you will be face of a brand.
Location: Newbridge
Pay: £DOE per hour
Hours: Temp - (Mon-Fri) 7.45am-6.15pm and 11am-5pm (Sunday)
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a 5* professional and positive customer experience:
*Welcoming visitors and guests
*Offering refreshments and maintaining a high standard of presentation
*Managing the reception area and directing enquiries
*Supporting the wider team
What We’re Looking For
*Well-presented and professional
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Confident, approachable and reliable
*Initiative is essential for this role and one who likes to ask questions!
*Previous front-of-house, hospitality or retail experience is essential
