English Teacher (ECT) - Secondary School

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher of English to join our supportive and forward-thinking secondary school near Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to begin their teaching career in a welcoming environment with strong pastoral support and high aspirations for all students.
The Role
You will:
· Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5, depending on experience)
· Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons
· Assess, monitor and support pupil progress effectively
· Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
