HR and Operations Coordinator
Leeds City Centre
8am-4.30pm
Fully Office-based
£28,000

Your new role
Hays are partnering with a people-focused tech business in Leeds who are looking to appoint a new HR and Operations Coordinator to their business. This is a rewarding opportunity to assist the Facilities and People & Culture teams. This full-time role is key to keeping operations running smoothly, particularly during busy periods.
Responsibilities will include;
*Supporting internal and external events,
*Supporting the People team with HR administration duties like providing interview feedback and issuing onboarding documents.
*Organising catering for events and keeping within budget
*Covering Reception during busy times
*Work with the facilities department to schedule engineers for the site.
*Booking hotel and travel accommodation for Directors and new starters
*Scheduling training courses
This position is office-based, with working hours scheduled between 08:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday. To meet operational needs, candidates must be able to attend the workplace every weekday.
