Description
This is a core hire within a lean, senior team, offering meaningful responsibility across origination, structuring and ongoing management of wholesale facilities.
The Director will play a key role in executing and managing wholesale funding activity, working closely with senior investment and finance leadership. Responsibilities include:
*Originating and structuring wholesale facilities, including block, revolving and bespoke funding solutions
*Leading transactions from initial assessment through credit approval, documentation and drawdown
*Managing relationships with funders, borrowers, legal advisers and other external stakeholders
*Assessing loan portfolios, collateral performance, cash flows and risk structures
*Preparing and presenting materials for internal investment committee and funder discussions
*Supporting the evolution of the platform’s funding relationships as activity scales
The role is hands-on and transaction-driven, with direct exposure to decision-making and execution.

*Experience supporting non-bank lenders, specialist lenders or alternative credit platforms
