Caretaker Wanted - East London
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our team in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented residential environments.
Key Responsibilities:
*General maintenance and upkeep of residential buildings
*Ensuring communal areas are clean, tidy, and hazard-free
*Conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues
*Basic repairs and coordinating with contractors when required
*Supporting residents with day-to-day property-related queries
*Drive the tug machine for the bins
Requirements:
*Previous caretaking or maintenance experience preferred
*Full driving license (essential)
*Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
*Good communication and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Salary: £23,800 - £26,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Benefits: 1 day birthday paid leave, 1.5x overtime and 4% employer pension
