Description
*Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department.
*Ensure compliance with all legal and professional requirements related to pharmacy operations.

*Maintain accurate records and ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications.

Profile
A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:
*A recognised qualification as a pharmacist and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
*Proven experience in managing or supervising a pharmacy team.
*Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and healthcare regulations.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
*The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
