Semi Senior Accountant – (Preston)

The RoleYou’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting services while building strong, lasting client relationships. This is a varied position where no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is organised, detail-driven, and thrives on delivering accurate, high-quality work. You’ll also bring a proactive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.
*At least 3 years’ practice experience (non-contractor)
*Experience preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping, and VAT returns
*Confident managing client relationships and knowing when to pick up the phone, jump on Zoom, or simply check in
*Strong working knowledge of cloud accounting platforms (Xero preferred)
*ACA or ACCA part-qualified
*A keen interest in technology, systems, and process improvement
*A growth mindset with a passion for training and development
