Senior Financial Adviser – Hybrid | £60,000–£80,000 + Validation & Bonus


Recruit UK are working with a growing and highly regarded financial planning firm who are looking to appoint a Senior Financial Adviser to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced adviser who enjoys working with mid to high-net-worth clients and wants the support of an established business with an existing client bank available. For the right individual, the firm can provide a bank generating between £60,000 and £100,000 recurring income, alongside the opportunity to further develop and grow the portfolio.
The role is ideally suited to a commercially minded, relationship-led adviser who is confident managing existing clients while continuing to generate new business.


The Role:
*Manage and develop a bank of mid to high-net-worth clients
*Deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, and protection
*Grow recurring and new business income through referrals and self-generation
*Build long-term client relationships and provide high-quality ongoing advice
*Work closely with senior leadership and the wider wealth team


Package & Benefits:
*£60,000–£80,000 basic salary
*Validation between 3x–4x recurring and new business income, depending on experience and role
*25% bonus on income above validation, rising in stages up to a maximum of 40%
*Existing client bank available generating £60k–£100k recurring income
*Hybrid working – work from home on Fridays and one additional agreed day
*Auto-enrolment pension scheme


What They’re Looking For:
*Experienced Financial Adviser with a strong background managing HNW or mid-HNW clients
*Proven ability to retain and grow an existing client bank
*Strong technical knowledge and relationship-building skills
*Commercially driven and capable of developing further business opportunities


Interview Process:
*First stage: Teams interview with senior leadership
*Final stage: Face-to-face meeting with the MD and Director of Wealth
