The RoleYou will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Sales
*Purchases
*Re-mortgages
From instruction through to post-completion, you’ll manage files independently while delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage of the transaction.
What We’re Looking For*A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx professional, or experienced Fee Earner
*Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding client service
*Experience using case management systems and confidence with legal technology
*A commercial mindset, with enthusiasm for networking and generating new business
