Housing Solutions Officer needed in Addlestone, Surrey Paying £19.68 per hr ref OR99457
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities*Provide housing advice and solutions to prevent homelessness
*Carry out housing needs assessments and develop personalised housing plans
*Work with private landlords and accommodation providers to secure housing
*Support customers with complex needs, signposting to relevant support services
*Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
*Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners
*Represent the organisation professionally and empathetically at all times
