Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting on a variety of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing matters.
*Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as leases, contracts, and completion statements.
*Conducting legal research and carrying out property searches.
*Supporting with due diligence processes and preparing transaction reports.
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to progress matters efficiently.
*Managing files and ensuring case management systems are kept up to date.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Conveyancing
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
*Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients and third parties.
*Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
