The successful applicant for the Desktop Engineer vacancy will be responsible for ongoing BAU support for IT Desktop systems, both hardware and software.
This is a fully on site role. Excellent communication and customer skills are essential.
A background in hands-on 1st and 2nd line desktop support is essential.
Skills & experience required: -
*Managing and configuring Windows OS and software applications
*Win 11
*Print server admin
*Familiarity with network protocols, security concepts, and system administration.
*Experience working with Active Directory
*O365
