Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of welcoming primary schools in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for adaptable and caring individuals who enjoy supporting children’s learning and thrive in a variety of school settings.
The Role:As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils in the classroom on a whole-class, small-group or 1:1 basis
*Assist the class teacher with lesson activities and classroom management
*Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
*Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
*Work across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 (depending on experience)
The Ideal Candidate Will:*Have experience working with children of primary age (school-based preferred)
*Be flexible, reliable and confident adapting to different schools
*Have a caring, patient and positive approach
*Be able to work effectively as part of a team
*Hold a relevant TA qualification (desirable, not essential)
