EYFS Specialist Educators
School Nurseries & Day Nurseries | North & Central Manchester
We are a supply agency working in partnership with school nurseries and private day nurseries across North and Central Manchester. Due to increasing demand, we are currently recruiting EYFS Specialist Educators who are passionate about early childhood development and eager to make a meaningful impact in a variety of early years settings.
This role is ideal for qualified Early Years professionals who enjoy the flexibility of supply work while maintaining high standards of care, learning and safeguarding.
Essential Requirement
To be considered for this role, you must hold an Early Years–specific qualification recognised by the Department for Education (DfE) (for example: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years, EYTS, or equivalent).
The Role & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an EYFS Specialist Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children during their most formative years. Your responsibilities will include:
*Delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
*Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
*Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
*Observing, assessing and contributing to children’s progress and development records
*Supporting daily routines such as play, mealtimes, toileting and transitions
*Working collaboratively with nursery staff, teachers and SEN support teams
*Upholding safeguarding procedures and promoting children’s welfare at all times

*Helping children build confidence, independence and curiosity
*Supporting early communication, language and early numeracy skills
*Providing consistency, care and positive role modelling

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
