Management Accountant | Dartford, Hybrid | £40k - £46k DOE
An established and exciting organisation is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to develop their career within a supportive and commercially focused environment. The role is offering hybrid working from their North Kent office.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparation of monthly management accounts and support with month-end close
*Oversight of, and support for, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
*Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
*Working closely with non-finance stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
*Contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
The Ideal Candidate
*Has prior experience in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role
*Is part-qualified or actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent qualification
*Has hands-on experience with month-end processes
*Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
*Possesses strong Excel skills
*Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
*Brings a positive, proactive mindset with a desire to learn and progress
