Role:
*Execute M&A and strategic advisory mandates across consumer tech, gaming, interactive entertainment and digital media.
*Draft and coordinate marketing materials including Information Memoranda, pitch books and management presentations.
*Build and review financial models, valuation analyses and transaction scenarios.
*Drive workstreams independently, supporting Associates, VPs and senior bankers on live transactions and pitches.
*Engage directly with clients, management teams and investors, taking increasing ownership as deals progress.
*Support junior team members and contribute to a lean, high-quality execution environment.
Ideal Candidate:
*Analyst 2-3 within investment banking or a top-tier advisory boutique or private equity firm.
*Strong technical capability with a clear execution mindset and attention to detail.
*Demonstrable deal experience across technology, consumer tech, interactive entertainment, media or gaming (other backgrounds may be considered if there is significant overlap e.g. consumer or generalist M&A/PE advisory).
*Comfortable operating in small deal teams with a high degree of responsibility.
*Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
