Job Description:
Our Client, a Greater Manchester Council, is seeking an Adult’s Deputy Team Manager to join their LD & Autism Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
*Provide regular, reflective supervision to Social Workers and Case Assessors
*Participate in the duty manager rota, supporting staff with timely and confident decision-making
*Oversee and manage the team’s shared inbox, ensuring efficient workflow
*Authorise assessments, reviews, and other key documentation
*Act as a safeguarding lead, offering guidance, delegating enquiries and ensuring best practice is upheld
Requirements of this role:
*Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
*Must have minimum of 3 year’s post qualifying experience.
