Soldering Technician
£27,000 – £30,000
Actio Recruitment is looking for a skilled and detail-driven Soldering Technician to join a cutting-edge electronics manufacturer based in the Salisbury area. If you take pride in producing high-quality PCB assemblies and enjoy working with the latest technology, this role will suit you perfectly.
The Role
*Hand assembly and soldering of PCBs
*Surface-mount soldering down to 0402 component size
*Through-hole and SMT component placement by hand
*Preparation of PCBs
*Visual inspection rds
*PCB rework, modification, and component replacement
What You’ll Need
*Confident soldering skills with fine-pitch and miniature components
*Experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or repair
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
*Ability to follow technical drawings and work to high standards
