Job Title: Senior Architect
Location: Bath
Salary: £40-55,000 DOE

Daily Duties
*Lead and deliver projects from inception to completion
*Manage and mentor small teams of architects and assistants
*Oversee design development, technical delivery, and project coordination
*Attend and contribute to senior management and design review meetings
*Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
*Ensure projects meet programme, budget, and quality expectations
*Contribute to business development and winning new work
Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
*Strong knowledge of all RIBA stages
*Experience leading projects and managing teams
*Confident communicator, comfortable in senior meetings
*Knowledge of CDM and BSA (Principal Designer experience desirable)
*Highly organised, driven and commercially aware
*Ambitious and ready to take on greater responsibility
