Your responsibilities as a Flusher / General OperativeAs a Flusher / General Operative, you’ll play a key role in maintaining water systems across commercial properties. Your duties will include:
*Checking and monitoring taps and water outlets
*Flushing systems to maintain water quality
*Measuring water pressure levels
*Testing water temperature and heat output
*Identifying and reporting faults, leaks, or damages
*Reporting faulty faucets and fixtures
*Completing basic records and reports of checks carried out
What we’re looking for*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
*Comfortable working independently across sites
*Basic understanding of plumbing or maintenance (preferred but not essential)
*Good attention to detail when recording findings
*Ability to follow health & safety procedures
