Research Manager (Analytics)
London, Hybrid
Salary up to £60,000
This is an opportunity to take ownership of advanced analytics within a fast growing research and insights environment. You will play a central role in shaping how data driven insight is delivered, working at the intersection of research, analytics, and modern technology to solve complex, real world questions.

The Role
You will be a senior analytics specialist, leading complex analytical workstreams and influencing best practice across the research function.
*Own and deliver advanced analytics across major research projects, including segmentation, factor analysis, and multilevel regression modelling
*Lead the development of analytics standards, methodologies, and best practice across the team
*Build and automate repeatable analytical processes for trackers and long running studies
*Run end to end research projects, primarily quantitative, with exposure to qualitative and mixed methods work
*Contribute to proposals and research design, shaping how analytics is positioned to clients
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong commercial experience working with survey based data in a research or analytics environment
*Hands on expertise across advanced statistical techniques such as regression modelling, factor reduction, and segmentation
*Confidence running exploratory data analysis and uncovering meaningful patterns within complex datasets
*Deep experience cleaning, weighting, merging, and managing survey data, with exposure to public datasets beneficial
*Strong programming capability in R or Python for analysis and visualisation
*Comfortable operating independently while collaborating closely with researchers and stakeholders
