Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Harlow
Hourly rate: £14.47
Contract Type: Temporary
Are you a Customer Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity?
Our client is seeking a customer service advisor to join their team in Harlow on a temporary basis, however there is potential for the role to be long term or become permanent.
The role: focuses on customer service and administration. You will handle incoming calls and pass them to the relevant department. You will complete data input, update internal spreadsheets and databases, and carry out general administrative tasks.
The Ideal applicant will have:
*Proven background in a customer service or call centre environment.
*Strong customer handling skills.
*Proficiency in data entry and CRM management.
*Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
