Our client, an award winning firm of financial planners based in Leeds, is looking to appoint a skilled Paraplanner to join their highly experienced team on a permanent basis.
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant financial planning support and helping to provide tailored solutions to clients.
The Role
*Prepare and tailor high-quality suitability reports based on adviser recommendations
*Conduct in-depth research across a range of financial products to support appropriate client outcomes
*Produce compliant, well-structured suitability letters
*Support advisers in delivering bespoke financial planning strategies
The Candidate
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (or nearing completion) – essential
*Experience working with High Net Worth clients – desirable
*Strong technical knowledge across core areas of financial planning
*Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
*Reliable, professional, and highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000–£47,000, alongside flexible home working, full study support, a bonus structure, and a comprehensive benefits package.
