Job Description:
Joina leading independent technology and services provider as an Operative 2.
Job Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a warehouse warranty line operative in the services logistics warehouse.
*Location:Hatfield Business Park Hatfield Avenue - Hatfield
*Daily Rate: A per hour rate, in-scope IR35, of £14.08/hr PAYE) OR £18.27/hr (via a Hays approved umbrella company)
*Contract Duration: 27-Apr-26 to 30-Oct-26
*Working Hours: Shifts between the hours 7am-3pm
Main Responsibilities
*Processing components and devices on SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM accordingly
*Updating SAP accordingly
*Working with our courier partners
*Checking the warranty on all vendors web portals
*Working with third party suppliers to claim warranty.
*Despatching all vendors warranty parts back to them
*Maintaining warranty management tool database
*Maintaining SLW Data database tool. (Error-handling)
*Managing the Service Level Agreement.
*Managing all queries within SLA (error handling)
*Using Excel to maintain the reporting for all vendors.
*Maintaining the accuracy of serial number and asset tracking
*Producing delivery notes and producing courier labels from partner websites
*Work within SLA for all vendors
*Working to ensure Personal Performance Targets (PPT) are met.
*Maintain high levels of housekeeping.
The Ideal Candidate
*Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
*Ability to work well under pressure to achieve targets and keep within SLA.
*Well-rounded previous experience in warehouse practices
*Able to prioritise workloads.
*Work well in a team environment
*Has the ability to resolve queries through effective investigation.
*Good numerical and Excel skills
*Strong written and verbal communicational skills
*Excellent timekeeping and a flexible approach to work demands.
