Junior entry level 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: North-East Essex

Responsibilities
*1st line IT support
*Investigating & troubleshooting IT problems
*Logging calls within the ticketing software
*Recording solutions within the system
*Maximising the effectiveness of the system
*Escalating tickets when necessary
*Meeting targets & deadlines
*Providing desktop support

*Confidence to answer phone calls and deal with tickets on the system
