Location: Leeds (Office-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
The Opportunity
An established and growing manufacturing company is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to play a key role within its commercial team. This position focuses on delivering accurate and competitive fenestration tenders for uPVC windows and doors projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven estimator with estimation experience of uPVC systems.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare detailed cost estimates for uPVC windows and doors (supply & install)
*Price large-scale and bespoke schemes
*Complete Schedule of Rates (SOR) submissions
*Produce detailed Excel cost breakdowns
*Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
*Liaise with clients, surveyors and internal teams
*Attend pre- and post-tender meetings as required
About You
*Proven experience as an Estimator
*Experience of uPVC window and/or door systems
*Experience pricing within supply or install
*Advanced Excel skills
*Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet tight deadlines
