Job Description:
Payroll Administrator- Remote/Hybrid
*Location: Norwich (Hybrid/Remote Considered)
*Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
*Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Reed Norwich are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing end-to-end payroll processes, comfortable with high-volume payroll tasks, and capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
*Manage high-volume payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
*Ensure all payroll data is correct and compliant with internal processes.
*Work closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative payroll function.
*Handle payroll queries and resolve issues efficiently.
*Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven payroll experience.
*Experience processing high-volume payrolls.
*Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
*Ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
*A strong team player with a collaborative approach.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
