Description of the department
You will support the Global Talent & Culture team in driving strategic projects, managing talent development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organisation.

Your role and responsibilities will include:
*Provide essential support for Learning & Development, event management and coordination, working closely with our admin team to organise logistics, manage registrations, and ensure program capacity, while also gathering valuable feedback.
*Ensure accurate and timely data input into our LMS ("YES Learning," Cornerstone solution) and actively participate in data quality analysis efforts.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for employees by monitoring the Global Talent Development inbox and delivering timely responses to inquiries.
*Responsible for processing invoices on the system ensuring compliance with the finance approval process
*Contribute to various projects and development programmes, in close collaboration with Talent Specialist
*Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPI’s to provide learning insights that support business needs.
*Work with talent specialists to support administrative tasks.


Qualifications
Education Skills & Experience *Preparation for a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Humanities or a related field.
*No experience necessary but a willingness to learn is essential.
Skills *Effective prioritisation and organisational skills, including the ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
*Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to challenge inconsistencies or errors appropriately to ensure data integrity
*Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand, interpret and act on information promptly and effectively.
*Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and customer-service skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
*Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm towards the topics related to learning and development and a willingness to learn
*Speaking French is a plus
Experience *Advanced knowledge/interest of Excel
*At ease with IT systems, able to get familiar with systems logic
