We’re looking for a Business Member Engagement Director to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £88,000-£106,000 and is a Hybrid position based in London.
What you will be doing;
*Lead and develop high performing teams, driving collaboration and alignment to strategic objectives
*Deliver engagement strategies for senior business stakeholders (Chairs, C-suite, NEDs across FTSE 100/250)
*Evolve sector engagement strategies with SMEs and Advisory Groups to ensure relevance and impact
*Own financial services member strategy, aligning value proposition to member needs
*Oversee delivery of member activity, partnering with Marketing/Ecomms to drive targeted engagement and growth.
What you will need;
*Degree educated or equivalent professional qualification; accountancy/business qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA) desirable
*Extensive experience engaging senior stakeholders (Chairs, C-suite, NEDs), ideally within FTSE 100/250 environments
*Proven track record delivering strategic engagement initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder settings
*Strong leadership experience managing large, technical and operational teams
*Experience collaborating with advisory groups and subject matter experts to drive impact and relevance
