Key Responsibilities
*Develop and deliver marketing strategies that drive ticket sales and growth
*Lead and develop the marketing team, creating a clear and scalable structure
*Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
*Drive digital performance, analytics, and CRM effectiveness
*Act as the main marketing contact for promoters and key stakeholders
*Manage budgets, agencies, and marketing investment
*Improve processes, workflows, and campaign delivery standards


Previous Experience
*Previous experience in entertainment or live events marketing
*Proven success delivering commercially impactful campaigns
*Highly organised with strong project and workflow management
*Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
*Experienced across paid social, search, SEO, CRM, and automation
*Data-driven with strong analytical and optimisation skills
*Excellent communicator with promoters, artists, agents, and internal teams
*Coaching-led, empowering leader
*Strong at delegation, structure, and accountability
