SITE MANAGER REQUIRED - STOKE-ON-TRENT (ST4 1AJ)
Start: Monday 20th April Finish: Friday 29th May Project: CAT B Office Fit-Out
We’re recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office refurbishment in Stoke-on-Trent. You’ll be leading a team of 10 operatives, ensuring smooth delivery, safety compliance and high-quality standards throughout the project.
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience managing fit-out projects
*Confident overseeing teams and coordinating trades
*Procore knowledge highly advantageous
*Strong communicator with a hands-on approach
Required Certifications:
*SMSTS
*Fire Safety
*Asbestos Awareness
