Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract


Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Sales Manager to join a premium, high-end catering business specialising in services for construction sites across London and the surrounding areas.
This is a fast-paced, results-oriented contract role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, leverage existing industry relationships, and generate new business opportunities from day one. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, securing new clients, and strengthening the company’s presence within the construction sector.


Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Leverage an existing network ("black book") of industry contacts to generate leads and win contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across construction firms and project sites.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop and deliver tailored proposals aligned with client needs and company offerings.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Represent the business professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.


Key Requirements
• Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role.
• Strong track record of winning new business and closing high-value deals.
• Existing network of contacts within the construction or related industries (essential).
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially aware.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Working Pattern
• Hybrid working model – a mix of office-based (London), client visits, and remote working.
• Flexibility required to attend meetings and site visits as needed.
