We are currently recruiting for an experienced Collections Administrator to join a growing financial services business in Bracknell.
Please note: You must have previous collections / arrears experience to be considered. Applications without this will not be shortlisted.
The RoleYou will manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, focusing on recovering outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
*Proactively contacting customers to recover overdue payments (phone, email, letter)
*Managing high-volume outbound activity (40+ contacts daily)
*Negotiating and agreeing sustainable repayment plans
*Monitoring arrears and driving accounts toward resolution
*Liaising with third parties for asset and debt recovery
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance at all times
What We’re Looking For* Proven collections / arrears experience (essential)
*Confident handling high-volume outbound calls
*Experience working in a target-driven environment
*Strong negotiation and customer management skills
*Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
*Financial services, leasing, or asset finance experience (desirable)
Not suitable for candidates with only credit control or general admin experience
