Machine Operator (Die Cutter Experience ideally)

The Role
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with die cutting experience to join our production team in Gillingham. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of display stands, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
*Operate die cutting machinery to produce retail display components
*Set up machines, including tooling and materials, to meet production requirements
*Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
*Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
*Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
*Follow health & safety procedures at all times
*Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
Requirements
*Proven experience operating die cutting machinery
*Strong attention to detail and quality control
*Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings
*Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
*Flexibility to work shifts if required
