Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established and highly respected engineering and construction business is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of major projects, working closely with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Ensuring successful commercial outcomes across major projects
*Managing commercial activities from contract award through to final account
*Administering and negotiating variations and contract changes
*Working collaboratively within an experienced commercial team
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
*Liaising with internal departments to support profitable project delivery
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
*Strong background in a commercial role within the construction or engineering sector
*Solid working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to influence and build long-term client relationships
*Understanding of fabrication processes (desirable)
*Experience managing variations while maintaining repeat business
