PA/Office Administrator
Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid – 2 days working from home)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum
Benefits: Free onsite parking
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to support our client, a growing and extremely busy firm of Financial Planning consolidators. The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Office Manager in a busy, fast-paced team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office / HR Manager
*Assist with onboarding administration for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity
*Support all aspects of HR administration, including employee records and documentation
*Assist with recruitment administration, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
About You:
*Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
*Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a professional approach
*Previous administrative or HR experience is desirable
