We’re now hiring a Delivery Consultant to help us deliver best-in-class candidates across permanent and contract technology roles for a number of our clients.


Open Role: Delivery Consultant


The role:
You won’t be expected to win business, this is about delivery excellence, where you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to:
*Deliver high-quality shortlists for permanent and contract roles
*Build deep talent pools across Software Engineering and Product Management
*Proactively headhunt and map markets
*Own the candidate experience end-to-end through the full process
*Manage multiple roles at once with pace and quality
*Build long-term candidate relationships


What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in tech recruitment delivery
*Strong experience recruiting into Software Engineering, Product and/or Project Delivery roles
*Experience working permanent and/or contract markets
*Exposure to ecommerce, retail, logistics or digital brands
*High standards around candidate quality and process
*Experience working retained or senior-level roles advantageous
*Strong headhunting capability
