Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment are working with a well-established specialist school in Stockport supporting pupils with autism and complex learning needs.
This is a highly structured, supportive environment with small class sizes, sensory facilities, and a strong focus on routine and communication.
The role:
*Supporting pupils with autism on a 1:1 and small group basis
*Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff
*Helping manage routines, transitions, and communication needs
We’re looking for:
*Experience with autism (school, care, or personal experience)
*Calm, patient and consistent approach
*Someone comfortable working in a structured SEND setting
Ideal backgrounds:
*Teaching Assistant
*Support Worker
*Psychology graduate
