Your new company
You will join a collaborative procurement team, taking ownership of a defined portfolio of service and maintenance contracts covering critical equipment. The job focusses on securing strong agreements, ensuring strong supplier performance, compliance, and continuity of service within a regulated environment.
Your new role
You’ll lead commercial negotiations, manage contract lifecycles, and act as a key contact for strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders, contributing to consolidated and sustainable service arrangements.
*Deliver value-driven service contract strategies that improve profitability, efficiency, and supplier sustainability
*Place external service contracts on time, to agreed technical, commercial, and margin targets
*Performance-manage key suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money
*Own contract delivery end-to-end, meeting service levels, risk controls, and customer requirements
*Produce concise quarterly performance and spend reports, highlighting risks and opportunities
*Maintain audit-ready contract and renewal data to support effective lifecycle management
What you’ll need to succeed
*Proven experience in a Buyer or Procurement role
*Strong capability in commercial negotiation, contract terms, and service levels
*Experience managing suppliers and monitoring performance
*High attention to detail with contract records, renewals, and purchase orders
*Confident stakeholder engagement across technical, operational, and commercial teams
*Comfortable working within regulated or compliance-led environments
*CIPS Qualification
